1. Course Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded more than 3 course resources
  • You provide a brief explanation for your refund request

2. Study Materials Refunds

For downloadable study materials, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds for study materials are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date
  • You have not downloaded the material more than once
  • You provide a brief explanation for your refund request

3. Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans (monthly or annual):

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription minus a $25 administrative fee.

  4. Click the “Request Refund” button and follow the instructions

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

  • Individual tutoring sessions that have already taken place
  • Courses or materials purchased as part of a promotional bundle or at a heavily discounted rate (over 50% off)
  • Courses that have been completed beyond 30% of the content
  • Materials that have been downloaded more than once

8. Educational Institution Purchases
